There are lots of twists and turns in the song forms. The goal is to be able to play seamless sets without a determined set order based around the octatrack. Live Set with only Octatrack and Digitone possible ? As the title says, I wonder (as i am a hardware noobie), if it is possible to do a life set (techno) with only these two tools ?

It's gonna take me awhile, but I feel I Our OKTAKONTROL is a smart addition to the famous Elektron Octatrack. A workaround for a live set would be to use the same part in all used banks. Sorry FWIW, they way i'm currently doing my backing tracks is to turn off the sequencer, set all tracks to play freely, and then trig the backing track Milan Italy Dj/Producer - Synth Lovers - Tape Core .

I’ve been using the Ocatrack to trigger loops of songs for live performances lately but I"m now wondering if it can be used to DJ live without using decks in the audio ins. Tracks seem to go a bit weird when you’re not in the same tempo as them.
