Susan Wheelans Modell IMGD- An Integrative Model of Group Development sprids alltmer i Sverige bl.a. genom verktyget GDQ som används i flertalet svenska ledningsgrupper. Sedan 2008 återfinns både IMGD och FIRO sida vid sida i UGL. Being aware of these common patterns of team development is a useful first step. The most comprehensive model of team development is called the Integrated Model of Group Development (IMDG). It was developed by Susan Wheelan and it builds on the work of many other researchers.
